AP's SOR ecosystem covers Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati, Guntur, Rajahmundry and rural Andhra. After splitting from Telangana in 2014, AP rebuilt its rate framework with separate Civil and Electrical sections in a unified Buildings SOR plus discipline-specific SORs for roads, irrigation and rural works. APCPDCL and APSPDCL maintain Standard Schedule Rates for power-distribution civil/electrical works.

Why is AP Buildings SOR on a Wix CDN?
The state has outsourced website hosting to a vendor that uses Wix's image CDN (img1.wsimg.com). The SOR PDF is technically available there but not on a .gov.in domain. We flag this on the page so engineers can cross-verify with the AP Procurement Portal before using rates in tenders.

What is AP PR Engineering?
Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Engineering — handles rural roads, panchayat buildings, village water-supply civil works. PR Engineering's SSR is published at pred.ap.gov.in.
How do AP and Telangana SORs differ?
Both states started from the unified AP-pre-2014 framework and have diverged. Telangana adopts a 4-part structure (Irrigation/R&B/Buildings/Public Health); AP integrates Civil + Electrical into the Buildings SOR with separate roads documents.
What about APUWSSB (Water Supply)?
Andhra Pradesh Urban Water Supply & Sewerage Board issues its own SSR for urban water-supply schemes. The Buildings SOR covers plumbing within buildings; mains pipelines and treatment plants follow APUWSSB schedules.
