⚖ Compliance notes
  • Schedule + Cost Performance Indices (SPI / CPI) per EVM are the recommended quantitative indicators (per PMI PMBOK + ISO 21502).
  • TRIR / LTI definitions should be aligned to BOCW Act + state factory rules + the project's HSE plan.
  • For multilateral-funded projects (World Bank / ADB / JICA), use their specific KPI framework + reporting templates.
  • RAG status thresholds must be project-specific; suggested: Green (CPI/SPI > 0.95 + 0 LTI), Amber (0.85-0.95 or minor incidents), Red (< 0.85 or major incidents).
  • Dashboard should never replace the MPR — it is the executive summary that points to the MPR for detail.
