⚖ Compliance notes
  • BOCW Rules govern labour amenities — specifically Schedule VII (Drinking Water), VIII (Latrines), IX (First Aid).
  • Labour License under BOCW + State Acts mandatory before any labour engagement.
  • Fire Extinguishers per IS 2190 + IS 15683 — minimum 4-6 per site office; specific equipment for stores.
  • Project Board displaying contract details (FIDIC Sub-clause 4.21) must be visible at site entrance.
  • Periodic safety + welfare inspection (monthly) by safety officer + 6-monthly by labour department.
