⚖ Compliance notes
- Helps ensure compliance with the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act, 1996, regarding workplace facilities (canteens, restrooms, first-aid).
- Fulfills contractual obligations under FIDIC (Sub-Clause 6.6) or CPWD contracts for the contractor to establish and maintain adequate site facilities.
- Provides documented evidence for initial project audits that mobilization requirements for site infrastructure have been met.
