⚖ Compliance notes
- Mobilization completion is the contractual prerequisite for commencement of works under FIDIC Sub-clause 8.1.
- Any mobilization delay beyond contract period attracts liquidated damages typically per FIDIC Sub-clause 8.7 unless attributable to client.
- BOCW compliance is non-negotiable — registration + labour license must be in place before any labour engagement.
- Quality + HSE plans approval is critical — these cascade to all subsequent activities.
