2.2	Release for use: Material approved and released for application; first container witnessed Acceptance: Formal release to contractor; witness point for first application batch; log maintained	Cl. 401 — Release authorization
3. PRIMER COAT APPLICATION
3.1	Primer application: Coverage ≥0.5 kg/m²; uniform application; witness point at 1st 100m² Acceptance: Weight recorded; visual inspection; witness approval to proceed with main coat	Cl. 401 — Primer control
3.2	Primer cure: 24-48 hours drying confirmed; surface inspection before main coat application Acceptance: Cure period logged; touch test confirms hardness; hold point for main coat approval	Cl. 401 — Cure verification
