📍 When to use this template
  • When a delay event occurs that is not the contractor's fault and impacts the critical path of the project.
  • As soon as a delay is identified, and within the time limit specified in the contract (e.g., 28 days under FIDIC).
  • Filled by the Contractor's Planning/Contracts team, submitted to the Engineer/PMC for review and recommendation to the Employer.
