📍 When to use this template
  • To be filled for every single person (labour, staff, driver, visitor) before they are allowed to enter the worksite for the first time.
  • It is a one-time activity per person upon joining the project, creating a permanent record.
  • The Site Safety Officer or a designated Safety Supervisor conducts the induction and fills this checklist with the worker.
