IS 4894:2018 is the Indian Standard (BIS) for rigid pvc sheets. IS 4894 covers rigid PVC sheets for industrial and construction applications. Used for chemical tank linings, ventilation ducting, partition walls, and laboratory furniture. Excellent chemical resistance to acids and alkalis at moderate temperatures.
