IS 13360:2013 is the Indian Standard (BIS) for packaged natural mineral water. IS 13360 specifies requirements for packaged natural mineral water — water from protected underground sources that is bottled at the source without chemical treatment. What is the difference between IS 13360 and IS 14543?+
IS 13360 = natural mineral water from underground source, minimal treatment allowed. IS 14543 = packaged drinking water from any source (including surface water), treated by RO/UV/chlorination.

Yes. BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification with ISI mark to IS 13360 is mandatory for selling packaged natural mineral water in India.
